Dr Renaldo A. Scott, of University of Pennsylvania, attended KIE Conference in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dr Scott’s shares his work titled: “Please ASK: How Creativity Can Foster Improved ESL Student Comprehension of Article Usage Before Proper Nouns”.  Dr Scott participated at the 2023 KIE Conference held in Madrid, Spain and Online.
